Cancellation Policy
48 hour cancellation policy*
Upon booking your appointment a card will be required. It is asked that should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to please do so 48 hrs in advance from the original appointment time. Anything canceled after the 24hr mark will result in a 30% charge of the remaining balance. If need to reschedule the deposit will stay and remaining balance will just be owed that day. NO CALL NO SHOW card will be charged & you will not be allowed to book again. If more than 15 mins late to appointment without letting me know, your service will be cancelled and result in a charge of the service scheduled. Be considerate of my time & others booking!
